Jan's Condo
This apartment was in a very bad shape when I first set foot in there. Everything had to go, there was no central heating system, the kitchen and bathroom were totally outdated. I had 12 weeks to transform this shack into a lovely rental condo. The pressure was on ! We had to take out walls, lots of flooring (and the sand screed of 10 cm that goes with it), the old kitchen, bathroom and stove. The idea was to keep it contemporary chic so it would appeal to a maximum of potential tenants. The material and color usage created a unity through the whole apartment. This fresh and lovely 1-bedroom condo with verandah and garden was a hit as soon as it went on the rental market !
